CUSTOM COMMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Commissions are:

THE BASICS
time frame:
I am currently accepting commissions on a case by case basis only, basing on complexity, size, and timeframe for needing the peice.
I work full time and run 2 personal businesses while also maintaining a homestead, so completion times vary greatly.
please message me with your details to discuss if taking on your project is both feasible for me and will be an acceptable timeframe for you.
payment:
USD, upfront. an invoice will be sent via square services after details have been discusssed and agreed upon, and will include the commission price as well as the shipping cost.
commissions will not be started until payment is made.
types of commission work available:
* custom miniature acrylic paintings AND PET PORTRAITS (most popular)
* custom paintings/pet portraits in 5x7, 8x10, 9x11, and 18x24 or custom shapes
(prices vary, acrylics and colored or black and white pencil work available)
* custom blank comic cover art
(pen or pencil. blank comic or a link to purchase must be provided, price of comic included in quote)
* custom tattoo design
(digital file and/or physical copy can be provided)
* custom oddity peices AND JEWELRY
(shipping availabilty is heavily dependant on the peice! pickup at scheduled shows is available, and delivery is also negotiable within certain mileage and value of the peice from zipcode 36850)

(LOGO DESIGNS ARE TRADITIONALLY DRAWN AND CREATED, THEN DIGITALLY RENDERED. NO 100% GRAPHIC DESIGN WORK AVAILABLE)

shipping:
united states postal service, first class shipping is the shipping method most used, which includes tracking.
priority shipping may be decided upon based on the value of the peice in order to include shipping insurance.
Due to the time it takes to complete a custom order, additional upgrades for speed of shipping purposes are irrelevant and not available.
painting & ART commission parameters
The artist reserves the right to refuse certain subjects to paint at her discretion.
subjects i will paint: Fanart, original themes, animals/pets, fantasy, buildings, vehicles, landscape, symbolism, animated human figures, anime
subjects I will not paint: human portraits/realistic human figures, explicit nudity (in bad taste), pornography, bestiality, hentai/yaoi, or offensive & derogatory images towards a certain gender, race, species, OR nationality.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT A SUBJECT, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND i WILL GLADLY DISCUSS IT.
* ALL MINIATURE PAINTING COMMISSIONS WILL BE PAINTED ON A 2.5x2.5 INCH SQUARE OR A 2X3 INCH RECTANGULAR gallery wrapped CANVAS, THE SHAPE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON THE PAINTING SUBJECT.
* ALL MINIATURE PET PORTRAITS WILL BE DONE ON A 3x3 INCH SQUARE gallery wrapped CANVAS.

please note that I try to use my own supplies for most peices, so some types of oddities made from specific species may not be available, or supplies may have to be purchased separately from another source. these additional costs will be included in the quote.
PRICES:
PRICES ARE EXTREMELY VARIABLE, AND DEPEND ON COMPLEXITY OF THE PEICE, COST AND AVAILABILITY OF SUPPLIES, WHETHER SUPPLIES CAN BE OBTAINED IN-HOUSE OR NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY, AND SHIPPING OR DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS.
DETAILED INVOICES WILL BE PROVIDED, AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE DEPENDING ON THE OVERALL COST OF THE PEICE.
LIMITATIONS:
due to protection or preservation laws and/or ethics, the following animals or parts will not be worked with or offered:
* birds
(except for domestic farmed species such as chickens/ducks/turkeys/etc, due to the migratory bird act. foreign bird species may be considered, additional costs will apply)
* bats
(these animals are difficult to obtain ethically and sustainably)
* cat and dog furs
(due to fur trade laws. bones and wet specimens are accepted)

* table decor
(terrarium style, teacup designs, shelf display peices)
* custom upcycled deer taxidermy mounts
* PET MEMORIAL PEICES
(OPTIONS CAN INCLUDE MUMMIFICATION, BONE PRESERVATION, WET SPECIMENS, AND ART OR DISPLAYS MADE FROM THESE PEICES. NO TAXIDERMY, ARTICULATION, OR CREMATION AVAILABLE. MEMORIAL PEICES ARE TAKEN ON A VERY SPECIFIC CASE BY CASE BASIS!)
